Motorola Delayed Droid Bionic Until Q3

Just as we thought that DROID Bionic will go on sale around this time of the year Motorola announced that they will delay the release to Q3 2011. The reason is to make enhancements to improve user experience. And they might change the form factor. Given the fact that it’s the first 4G LTE smartphone from Motorola and any delay will result in less excitement as competition is heating up the 4G smartphone. Some analysts are guessing that Motorola might be working through LTE integration issues or could be changing features on the device to appeal more to enterprise customers. Whatever the reason is, we are hoping to see a better and cooler product at launch. Meanwhile, you can still check out the other only 4G smartphone from Verizon Wireless, the HTC Thunderbolt.
